African Trip Itinerary

Day 1, Upon arrival in Nairobi at the Kenyatta International Airport you'll be met by our driver guides and taken to the Grand Regency Hotel.

Day 2, An early breakfast and the safari starts. Proceed to the Tanzanian border and Arusha for lunch then to the Ngorongora Crater. Dinner and stay overnight at the Ngorongoro Serena

Day 3, Breakfast and head down into the crater. The morning is spend discovering the wildlife resident of this unique habitat, then a picnic lunch and continue the exploration of the crater. Dinner and stay overnight at the Serena Ngorongora.

Days 4 & 5, Proceed to the Serengeti with a visit to Olduvai Gorge (site of the Leaky's stunning discoveries on the origin of man) and overnight at the Serena Serengeti with game runs in the vast Serengeti.

Day 6, Lake Manyara and a game drive in this remarkable park. Dinner and overnight at the Lake Manyara Serena

Days 7 & 8, Return to Kenya via Taveta crossing, then to Tsavo West Reserve and the Kilaguni Lodge

Day 9, Ngulla Lodge on the northern slope of Tembo Peak

Day 10, Shimba Hills Rain Forest Lodge in the Shimba Hills

Days 11, 12, 13 & 14, Indian Ocean Beach Club on the Indian Ocean. Day 14, overnight train to Nairobi

Day 15, The Mt. Lodge in the Aberdare Mountains

Days 16, 17 & 18, The Northern Frontier District and Samburu Intrepids Club

Days 19 & 20, Lewa Downs ranch in the Timau District

Days 21 & 22, The famous Mt. Kenya Safari Club

Day 23, 24 & 25, Flight to the Maasai Mara and the Mara Intrepids Club

Day 26, Fly back to Nairobi, day rooms at the Grand Regency and the farewell dinner before returning home.
